Sharon completed her Bachelor of Optometry degree from The University of Melbourne in 2013. She began her journey in the industry in 2009 and has accumulated a wealth of experience in both private and corporate optometry.

Her dedication to the profession extends beyond clinical work as she has taught optometry students during their placements at the Australian College of Optometry and in a preclinical setting at Melbourne University.

Sharon firmly believes that education is crucial, and that patient education is key to maintaining good eye health. Her interests lie in children’s vision and the management of dry eyes, as these are areas where she is particularly passionate about making a difference.

A graduate of the University of Melbourne’s Doctor of Optometry program (Class of 2022), she has enriched her experience through voluntary placements in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and school screenings.

With a passion for pediatric and behavioral eye care, Bianca holds accreditation from the Australasian College of Behavioural Optometrists in Practical Vision Therapy. She focuses on understanding her patients’ learning styles, occupations, and aspirations to provide holistic vision care that empowers them at every stage of life.

Inspired by the impact of ocular issues on loved ones, Bianca is dedicated to helping both children and adults achieve their full potential through improved vision. Her comprehensive and advanced care includes pediatric and behavioral vision care, as well as co-managing conditions such as glaucoma and diabetic eye care. Her empathy, initiative, and strong communication skills distinguish her practice.

Carolyn started her optical career as an apprentice and has spent the past 35 years working in various locations. For the last four years, she has enjoyed getting to know the Dromana locals, personalizing their experience when purchasing glasses. In her spare time, Carolyn loves walking her dog along the beautiful beaches of the Mornington Peninsula.

Since then, she has developed a deep appreciation for the fashion side of eyewear, amassing a collection of 30 pairs that she enjoys pairing with different outfits. Simone believes that glasses are not just practical but have the power to transform how you look and feel.

She loves sharing her enthusiasm for eyewear, encouraging others to explore new styles and find pairs that are both comfortable and confidence-boosting. In her spare time, Simone enjoys getting her hands dirty with creative projects, repurposing items, and giving them new life.
